Key Responsibilities
Strategic Communications & Leadership Support
* Translate complex leadership strategies into clear, actionable local communication plans with defined messaging, timelines, and collaborator engagement.
* Act as a sparring partner to senior leaders, crafting key messages for delivery across the organization.
* Develop internal presentations, storytelling decks, talking points, and communication assets reflecting strategic clarity.
* Assist leadership by using data-driven communication to visualize critical metrics and translate insights into executive-ready narratives.
* Craft and implement internal campaigns and change communications that build trust, understanding, and ownership.
Project Management & Strategic Execution
* Partner with local and regional leadership to plan, coordinate, and communicate internal transformation projects aligned with organizational goals.
* Coordinate small-to-mid scale internal projects such as employee engagement, internal branding, and transformation rollouts.
* Monitor progress, risks, and outcomes of central initiatives using structured project management tools and feedback loops.
* Identify and respond to opportunities for process improvement, ensuring continuous enhancement of internal operations.
Cross-functional Collaboration
* Collaborate with HR, Sales, Services, Marketing, and other departments to ensure communication alignment and business relevance.
* Act as a key contact for regional and global collaborators on communication and transformation topics.
* Work closely with global, regional, and local teams to align on initiatives and ensure consistent execution.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role.

* Familiarity with change management principles.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
