Business Systems Analyst - Automation

				Overview:

Join our team as Business Systems Analyst. In this role you will manage to resolve complex business problems that need to be solved with automated systems. You will also manage technology needs assessments to regulate where improvements can be made.

Responsibilities:

* Leads in analyzing complex business problems that needs to be solved with automated systems
* Manages expertise in identifying, evaluating, designing and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements
* Manages to develop integrations, converts data, and configures system settings and options; executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and manages to create specifications for systems to meet business requirements
* Formulates development to provide expertise consultation to users in the area of automated systems
* Partners with cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues
* Manages internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions
* Manages company-wide, web-enabled solutions

Qualifications:

* 8+ year of experience from similar role related to automations
* Demonstrated ability to solve end user issues
* Advanced technical experience, experience with tools like SalesForce, Sibel 
* Managing complex issues and applying root cause analysis
* Experience with project management and implementation/transformation management
* UX/UI experience
* Experience managing IT documentation processes
* Manages in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment
* Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements
