Performs receptionist responsibilities, including answering phones, receiving visitors, directs requests for information, answers routine operational questions, data entry, demographic data verification and registration, patient scheduling, professional staff assistance and retrieval and filing of medical records in keeping with department standards. Information is released to care providers as appropriate, and medical records are maintained in a proper and accurate format and condition. Maintains paperwork flow of the office, while keeping work environment organized. Responsible for accurate data entry of patient information into computer databases. Communicates and carries out collection and/or payment policies as appropriate. Provides the best service possible to all customers.

Qualifications:

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

* High School Diploma/G.E.D. required
* 2 years of administrative support experience 

Physical Requirements - Sedentary work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10 lbs. force occasionally
