Responsibilities: * Provide support to projects related to EPIC applications * Completion of assigned tasks for newly developed functionality and maintaining existing applications on the existing EPIC EMR * Creating and maintaining documentation * Testing application functionality * Coordinate and communicate with other IS resources who are assigned to support application issues and project tasks * Supporting tickets, calls and other tasks in the EMR Qualifications: Required: * BS or BA or equivalent education and experience * 1 -2 year of experience in Business Analysis including documentation of requirements and ensuring successful integration and/or implementation of projects. Preferred: * The ability to gather information from other project team members as necessary * Great customer service and teamwork skills * Ability to collaborate with team and business operators * Ability to operate using standard methodologies for the completion of tasks within an agile environment * Analytical and problem-solving skills
