Responsibilities: About the Job: This job plays a vital role in adapting to dynamic changes throughout the New Product Introduction process. It balances multiple tasks simultaneously during assembly, technical tests, and production launch. This role manages the assembly progress and organization of materials for ongoing development of the FieldFox and Network Analyzer products and supports Engineering to find solutions. About the Team: Engage with a cross-functional team of global Engineers, Product Planners, Marketing Representatives, Technicians, and skilled Operators to build and develop New FieldFox and Network Analyzer products. We are proud to be a collaborative team committed to exceeding customer expectations. Responsibilities: * Interface with Cross-functional Engineering teams and provide general support for New Product Introduction and Research and Development activities. * Execute assembly processes developed by Engineering and be able to provide constructive and collaborative feedback. * Lead communication with Assembly team and implement training from new product developments. * Manage and create systems to organize new and leveraged materials during New Product Introduction progress. * Implement organizational systems to support the new product line and track New Production units. * Assess, plan, purchase and track equipment, tools, and accessories needed for FieldFox Engineering, Technician and Assembly team. * Collaborate during New Project and Product meetings. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: 3 to 5 years' experience demonstrating success working with Engineering teams and partners to plan, develop, refine, and launch products. Desired Qualifications: * Working knowledge of the following systems: Oracle, KewlTools, iProcuremnt, Shopfloor Control, and Gondor Calibration System. * Growth mindset * Understanding of the Product Lifecycle * Hands on assembly experience * RF and Microwave technical knowledge Pay Range: USD $72,140.00 - USD $120,230.00 Year The level of this role will be based on applicable experience, education, and skills; most offers will be be between the minimum and the midpoint of the salary range listed.
