Overview: The In-Home Services Corporate team is devoted to supporting thousands of talented employees in delivering the industry's best products and solutions. Constantly refining our best-in-class service, IHS Corporate manages the behind-the-scenes operations to ensure a seamless customer experience through analytics, project management and training initiatives. Responsibilities: Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview. This role focuses on driving operational efficiency and data integrity across regional logistics and performance systems. The primary mandate includes auditing multi-system workflows and managing logistical escalations across cross-functional partners. By synthesizing field metrics into high-level insights, this position strengthens executive decision-making and quarterly compliance standards. What Success Looks Like (Objectives): * Leverage AI tools, process automation, and data analytics to optimize internal workflows, reporting, and operational efficiency * Audit multi-system workflows across multiple platforms to maintain zero-defect data integrity * Manage logistical escalations and field assistance requests by coordinating between Regional Account Managers, support groups, and third-party partners * Execute routine weekly and monthly regional audits, synthesizing field metrics into high-level insights for executive Monthly Performance Reviews and Quarterly Compliance Audits Qualifications: Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring): * High proficiency with Artificial Intelligence tools and automation to optimize workflows and drive operational performance * Strong analytical rigor with experience evaluating performance metrics, headcount trends, and operational data * Process discipline with strict adherence to standard operating procedures and data auditing * Professional communication skills to collaborate effectively with regional management, support teams, and executive leadership Minimum Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree * Experience in operations, process automation, and data analytics * Experience with AI tools, workflow automation platforms, and data analysis software Visa sponsorship not available for this role
