Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the go-to expert for Billing & Credit towards device financing, ensuring accuracy and a seamless customer experience
* Identify trends and key metrics to guide leadership in enhancing operational performance
* Contribute to process improvement efforts, documentation, and best practices around device financing
* Provide data-backed recommendations that support goals and team initiatives
* Conduct data analysis to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and quality
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university (or equivalent)
* 1-3 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex data clearly and concisely to leadership
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and work with Pivot Tables, SUMIF, VLOOKUP functions, and exposure to Macros
* Experience with SQL, Snowflake, and/or Microsoft Access is a plus
* Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Applications
