Join SoftwareOne as a key contributor supporting the COO and regional operations in APAC & Middle East.
As Business Manager to the COO for APAC & Middle East, you will enable operational excellence, strategic alignment, and regional execution. You will coordinate business operations, support regional strategy, and facilitate stakeholder engagement to ensure the successful delivery of key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with the COO to plan, track, and execute strategic and operational priorities across the region.
* Coordinate and monitor regional business plans, OKRs, and performance scorecards.
* Manage the regional operating rhythm, including leadership meetings and business reviews.
* Drive compliance with governance standards and ensure timely reporting.
* Track progress of transformation programs and escalate issues as needed.
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis with finance.
* Prepare communications, executive briefings, and support leadership events.
* Manage the COO's schedule and support preparation for strategic engagements.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Operations, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
* Experience in business management, operations, or strategic planning, ideally within tech, consulting, or enterprise services.
* Strong understanding of APAC and/or Middle East markets and business practices.
* Familiarity with software, cloud, or digital transformation business models.
* Strong financial literacy and experience supporting P\&L or commercial management activities.
* Executive-level presence with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Tech-savvy and comfortable with dashboards, project tracking tools (e.g., Power BI, Smartsheet, Excel), and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
