Overview: The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for understanding business/department needs and goals and creating data-driven analysis and insight to support management decisions. Responsibilities: * Provide data and reporting for analyses on relating to business needs gathered from key internal business stakeholders. * Create and analyze monthly executive management reports * Query data warehouses and create standard ad hoc reports for end users using spreadsheets, macros, and reporting writing tools * Provide end user training. Provide training and guidance on how to interpret and apply data * Perform and analyze data integrity audits * Collaborate with key stakeholders to determine requirements and participate projects that generated required intelligence with general oversight * Assist with training new analysts on internal processes, data warehouse use, reporting and data infrastructure * Administer reporting portal including page design, security, report libraries, and content additions, revisions and deletions Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree * Experience as a Data Analyst * Experience with Data Platforms (Microsoft Fabric or Snowflake * Good Microsoft Excel skills * Microsoft Windows and Office Proficient * Good oral and written communication skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact * Good organizational, multi-tasking, time management skills, critical thinking and problem solving skills * Good collaboration skills, applied successfully within team as well as other areas * Good attention to detail, facilitation and project management skills * Good ability to summarize large quantities of information into actionable insight * Self-motivated with the ability to complete projects in a timely manner * Good ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment * Good ability to influence, motivate and mobilize team members and business partners * Good ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and tact * Good ability to establish rapport and gain the trust of others; effective at gaining consensus * Good ability to work independently and in a team environment * Good knowledge of systems administration * Good knowledge of reporting tools * Good knowledge of data warehousing technologies and SQL server * Up to 5% travel time required * Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principle duties of the job
