Responsibilities:
* V2X is seeking a professional who will provide business integration support to NGA's Security and Installations Office (SIO) and the Space and Interiors (SIOI) division.
* The candidate shall track and review all deliverables and taskers related to SIOI business integration operations and the NGA Infrastructure and Space Board (NISB) to ensure compliance and timeliness of responses.
* Responsible for coordinating annual updates to all SIOI Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), charters and manuals.
* Utilizing SharePoint workflows and Archibus to facilitate Real Property Accountability Process (RPAP) approvals and reviews.
* Developing the slide deck and agenda for the NISB presentations to SI senior leadership.
* Creating NISB minutes packages to include final voted project disposition and leadership discussions and comments.
* Track and consolidate inputs from the SIOI branches for SIO and agency taskers via N-Certs.
* Managing and coordinating the SIOI team calendars, emergency contact lists and org charts.
* Oversee all records management requirements for SIOI IAW NGA's Records Management policies.
* Using Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Products such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel to create, maintain and update SIOI business integration files.
Qualifications:
* Education / Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in related field
* 7 - 10 years of applicable experience
* Required Experience:
* Demonstrated experience working on cross-functional teams.
* Experience may be broad-based crossing multiple markets (i.e., government, industry) and may also include relevant/associated certifications and knowledge of applicable tools, methodologies, or best practices.
* Use of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PointPoint and Excel.
* Use of Adobe Acrobat for creating and editing pdf files.
* Desired Experience:
* Experience working as an office manager or supervisor.
* Experience working with or exposure to charter led organizations or activities.
* Utilizing SharePoint to create team pages, libraries and workflows.
* Experience working with the Intelligence Community (IC).
* Experience working with NGA.
* Experience using Archibus or similar Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) for facility and property management.
* Customer Service experience in federal and or intelligence community.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
* Knowledge and experience with building or facility plans, designs, configuration, and equipment maintenance.
* Skills & Technology Used:
* Comprehensive computer knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office programs especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Comprehensive computer knowledge and understanding of Adobe Acrobat (DC/Pro/etc) for creating and modifying pdf documents.
* Additional skills include the following: briefing skills, project management, organizational skills, and communication skills.
* Strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal and customer service skills.
