As a Business Development Specialist, you play a key role in generating predictable revenue by developing and qualifying high-quality leads. You will be the engine behind our early sales cycle - identifying customer needs and creating strong pipeline opportunities for our sales teams.
What You will do:
* Proactive outreach across multiple channels (Phone, Email, LinkedIn) to engage prospects in our lead generation campaigns.
* Lead qualification to understand customer needs for Cloud Migrations, Software Asset Management (SAM), and Managed Services.
* Scheduling discovery meetings with Account Executives to progress sales conversations.
* Maintaining accurate CRM data (Salesforce/HubSpot) to support data driven decisions and forecasting.
Qualifications:
* Strong communication skills and confidence in contacting prospects
* Experience with sales methodologies
* Ability to quickly understand customer needs and assess sales potential.
* Comfortable working with CRM tools and following structured processes.
* A proactive approach to outreach, follow‑up and meeting coordination.
* Curiosity about cloud technologies and modern IT solutions.
* Positive, resilient, and goal‑oriented mindset.
How your success will be measured?
* Number of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) generated monthly.
* Meeting show rate for scheduled discovery calls.
* Lead‑to‑opportunity conversion quality.
* Pipeline value created (TCV) as a result of your outreach.
