Responsibilities:

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania | Work arrangement: Hybrid | Contract type: Full-time | Reports to: Services Director | Language requirements: Fluent/professional Lithuanian, written and verbal; communicative English 

* Do you have experience in IT Business Development and can effectively identify and further develop new business opportunities?

As our Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through professional services and solution sales, including up-sell, cross-sell, and new business acquisition. You will own and consistently achieve defined sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). 

In this role, you will design and execute a clear go-to-market plan, effectively leveraging internal sales teams, strategic partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to maximize commercial impact. You will also lead the development of targeted sales and marketing campaigns, ensuring end-to-end execution, measurable outcomes, and continuous performance tracking against agreed deliverables. 

Key Responsibilities 

* Drive business growth by hunting, identifying, and qualifying leads for SoftwareOne's products and services, making SWO the go-to choice for enterprise and mid-market customers 

* Build trusted, long-term relationships and drive new business across multiple industries 

* Manage high-value deals while collaborating with a wide ecosystem of experts in cloud solutions 

* Understand P&L dynamics, cloud and security commercial structures, and ensure profitability and cost efficiency 

Qualifications:

* Demonstrated experience in business development or sales, within the technology sector 

* Solid knowledge of Cyber Security services 

* Proven experience in drafting IT commercial proposals and presenting to executive sponsors 

* Ability to collaborate with internal teams on delivery, project, and implementation plans in cloud-focused environments 

* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with partners and customers 

* Results-driven and proactive, with solid business acumen and a sales mindset 

* Resilient and solutions-oriented, with problem-solving expertise to support customers' digital transformation journeys

* Salary range will be up to  5,090 gross per month, including bonuses (This amount will depend on candidate seniority and experience).
