Practical Information 

Location: Warsaw, Poland | Work arrangement: Hybrid | Reporting to: Operations Manager | Language requirements: Fluent/professional Polish and English, written and verbal  

As our Business Development Manager - Oracle, VMware and Veeam, you will play a key role in supporting the sales organization by selling solutions, responding to public tenders, and ensuring customers receive clear, accurate, and tailored licensing solutions. You will actively participate in customer‑facing activities, prepare precise calculations, and contribute to strategic decision‑making across the sales cycle.   

You will be responsible for developing a good business relationship with those Vendors, and profitable, scalable customer engagements.  The role bridges customer business and licensing needs with commercial value, ensuring SoftwareOne delivers differentiated, multi‑vendor offerings aligned with customer outcomes.  

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain a good business relationship with Oracle, VMware, Veeam and Adobe
* Analyze tender documents and customer inquiries (OPZ, PPU), prepare clarification questions, and deliver accurate cost and incentive calculations aligned with those Vendors programs  
* Support sales teams in customer conversations to ensure correct solution alignment and licensing strategy  
* Provide expert guidance on licensing programs, product licensing, and compliance to both customers and internal teams  
* Collaborate with selected Vendors to secure special conditions and assist customers in accessing available vendor support  
* Create and deliver training content that enhances licensing and compliance knowledge across internal teams and customers  
* Maintain up‑to‑date expertise on Oracle, VMware, Veeam and Adobe agreements licensing programs, incentives, vendor updates, and expand licensing competencies beyond when needed  

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in a similar licensing or tender-related role  
* Basic understanding of public procurement regulations (UZP)  
* Strong analytical skills and high attention to details  
* Strong business acumen, with the ability to build trustful, long‑term relationships between Vendors and SoftwareOne  
* Proactive approach to identifying opportunities, improving processes, and supporting sales success
