Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive the growth in Manufacturing Test segment. In this dynamic and exciting role, you will:

* Work directly with sales team, application engineers and solution partners to exceed yearly sales targets.
* Enables sales team by identifying and developing business opportunities, providing information and support for the sales force. 
* Analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities, develop strategic direction from market information, and create compelling market analysis presentation

* Pre-sales duties include providing pricing information, communicating schedule changes and product enhancements.  

* Post-sales duties include researching status of customers' orders, resolving shipping, scheduling, and prioritization challenges. 

* Perform short-term sales forecasting for designated product lines.

* Collaborate closely with field team to fight and win against competitors in the region.
* Be the Factory interface for all deals and discount management, to maintain top line sales targets

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's or master's Degree or University Degree or equivalent. 
* 5+ years relevant experience, preferably with knowledge of the manufacturing industry.
* Experience in sales, business development, marketing, and custom application
* Experience in factory automation and big data analytics will be useful
* Proven good business judgment and working experience in developing new markets
* Able to work independently and at the same time demonstrate good teamwork behavior to work across different functions and regions.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills and goal-oriented.
