What You'll Do
This role focuses on new customer acquisition in a specific geographic area, offering high earning potential ($100k-$300k) with monthly commissions. You'll work independently to develop new business leads and convert target customers, with support from Sales Leadership. This position is considering candidates located in Naples/Fort Myers, FL.

* Prospect and identify new customers, driving business growth.
* Analyze market trends to uncover opportunities.
* Represent Hayward at industry events and trade shows.
* Manage sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
* Collaborate with Sales Leadership to meet targets and report progress.

Qualifications:

What You Bring

* Primary focus is to convert customers and build new business.
* Proven B2B sales experience with a focus on growth and customer conversion.
* Develops new targets through active prospecting and cold calling activities
* Analyzes market trends and sales data to identify market opportunities for future business.
* Assist the Sales Leadership Team in identifying and accurately forecasting market share opportunities. 
* Strong problem-solving and strategic selling skills.
* Knowledge of pool equipment, water chemistry, and automated control systems is a plus.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Education

* Bachelor's degree preferred, but all relevant experience considered.
