Responsibilities: Meet the Recruiter: Amber Smallwood What You'll Get To Do: Sales & Distributor Management * Manage all D2C and distributor sales channels relationships. * Track sales data, prepare monthly and quarterly reports, and manage sales forecast accuracy. * Identify and onboard new regional distributors and partners to expand market penetration. Marketing & Influencer Coordination * Support social media and ambassador programs, oversee product seeding to influencers and barbers, assist with content creation, campaign planning, and ad performance reporting. Events & Trade Shows * Lead planning, logistics, and execution of all trade shows and barber events. * Manage booth setup, branded assets, and post-event lead follow-up to convert opportunities into sales Operations & Support * Oversee after-sales coordination, warranty processes, sample inventory, and logistics. Handle contracts, invoices, and ensure smooth operational flow between sales, marketing, and distributors. Research & Competitive Intelligence * Conduct ongoing competitor analysis, pricing studies, and collect feedback from barbers to inform product development and marketing strategy. Channel Growth & GTM Strategy * Collaborate with product and marketing teams on launch plans, positioning, and pricing strategies to maximize sell-through. * Develop business cases for new opportunities. Budget & Reporting * Monitor program spend (events, influencers, POS assets) to ensure ROI, and present results to leadership with recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications: What You'll Bring: Education & Experience * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing * Sales Acumen: Proven ability to manage distributor relationships and hit sales targets. * Marketing Savvy: Experience with influencer marketing, content creation, and campaign reporting. * Event Management: Strong background in trade show planning and execution. * Analytical Skills: Proficient in using data to drive decisions, comfortable with Excel and CRM tools. * Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to work cross-functionally. * Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail. * Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing category, with a proactive approach to finding new business opportunities. The wage range of $94,000 - $120,000 is just one component of Panasonic's total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives. *The minimum hourly wage for this role will be the greater of the posted range, or minimum wage for the location where the employee will be working, subject to local minimum wage requirements.
