Overview:
We are seeking a highly-motivated intern to join our Federal Department in our Pittsburgh, PA office.

Responsibilities:
* Assist our Federal Team to organize and maintain project profiles, resumes, and other documents to be used in proposals and task orders.
* Research existing project content and statements of work to be concisely documented for technical and non-technical audiences.
* Determine the clearest way to present information for greatest reader comprehension.
* Meet with subject matter experts to ensure specialized topics are appropriately addressed.
* Generate innovative ideas for content and presentation of materials.
* Review and copyedit content developed by other members of the team.
* Learn and utilize CRM and other resources to extract information from existing and past proposals.
* Perform research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
* Support other research and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
* Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Business, Public Policy, Marketing, Communications, or a related program.
* Junior or Senior standing preferred.
* Prior experience with technical or creative writing.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Prior experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software a plus.
* Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
* Mastery of English grammar and writing for reader comprehension.
* Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
