As a Business Development Executive - Security, you will drive business growth for Microsoft Security solutions, including Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Entra ID, and Purview. You will engage with enterprise customers to identify their needs around cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management, and work with internal solution architects and Microsoft ecosystem partners to develop and close opportunities that deliver measurable business value.

* Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities related to Microsoft Security solutions.
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders (CISOs, CIOs, IT Directors, Business Owners).
* Manage the full sales lifecycle - from lead generation to deal closure - focusing on Security opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Solution Architects, and Microsoft teams to co-sell and co-develop customer engagement strategies.
* Promote and position Microsoft Security solutions, including Microsoft Defender (Endpoint, Identity, Cloud, Office 365), Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM), Microsoft Purview (Compliance & Data Governance), and Microsoft Entra ID (Identity & Access Management).
* Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value propositions.
* Partner with Pre-Sales Architects and Delivery Teams to develop proposals, solution designs, and pricing.
* Drive joint go-to-market activities with Microsoft, including customer workshops, events, and marketing campaigns.
* Stay current on Microsoft's product roadmap, security trends, and compliance requirements to ensure customer alignment.
* Collaborate with other SoftwareOne business units (Cloud, Data & AI, Modern Work) to deliver end-to-end Microsoft solutions.

Qualifications:

* Experience in enterprise technology sales, preferably in cybersecurity or cloud security domains (no specific years required).
* Strong understanding of Microsoft's Security stack, including Zero Trust architecture.
* Experience with cybersecurity, compliance, and/or risk management transformation.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience working with Microsoft field teams or partner ecosystem is a plus.
