At SoftwareOne, we empower organizations to unlock the full potential of Microsoft Azure Data & AI services. As a Business Development Executive, you'll drive growth by helping clients adopt cutting-edge data and AI solutions.

This role focuses on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving adoption of Azure Data & AI services. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that enable smarter decisions and business transformation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Drive sales of Microsoft's Data & AI solutions including: Azure Synapse Analytics, Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI Services, Microsoft Fabric.
* Develop and execute territory/account plans aligned with customer priorities
* Lead customer conversations around data modernization, analytics strategy, and AI adoption
* Collaborate with Microsoft account teams, solution architects, and partners to co-sell and deliver value
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including RFP responses and contract negotiation
* Stay current on Microsoft's evolving Data & AI offerings and industry trends

Qualifications:

* 5+ years success in enterprise technology sales, preferably in cloud, data, or AI domains.
* Strong understanding of Microsoft's cloud ecosystem, including Azure and its Data & AI services.
* Experience with data architecture, AI strategy, and/or analytics transformation.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience working with Microsoft field teams or partner ecosystem is a plus.
