We're seeking an experienced Business Development Director to drive growth through customized enterprise solutions for our most valuable accounts. This is a strategic role created in response to market demand and early success with tailored service approaches.

You'll lead the development of customized enterprise solutions that aggregate spend across clients' entire install base, delivering greater value while strengthening our competitive position.

Responsibilities:

*  Analyze clients' complete install base, historical spend patterns, and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for enterprise-level solutions
*  Develop tailored service plans that align with each key account's unique needs while maintaining profitability
*  Collaborate with finance, regions, and service delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are executable and profitable
*  Monitor, develop and maintain analysis of competitive landscape and anticipate market responses to our evolving enterprise approach
*  Build financial models that clearly demonstrate value to clients while protecting our margins
*  Partner with account teams to present and implement customized solutions
*  Establish metrics and tracking systems to measure the success of enterprise solutions

Qualifications:

chelors in business administration, business or data analytics or finance.  MBA preferred (or foreign degree equivalent or the relevant scientific business/commercial experience) with 8 - 10 years appropriate experience.

* Strong business acumen and strategic mindset
* Data analytics - PowerBI, Tableau
* Established experience in customer relationship management, business development
* Clear focus and understanding of business needs and challenges
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate, coordinate, align and motivate teams
* Strong influencing capabilities
