Overview: The Business Continuity Incident Response (BCIR) Compliance Analyst 2 will assist in performing business impact analysis, business continuity planning, disaster recovery, incident response and exercises Responsibilities: * Assist in performing business continuity, disaster recovery and incident response plan development throughout the company * Assist in auditing to assess the company's posture against the legal, regulatory, compliance and industry standards * Assist in performing business continuity training for various leadership teams * Assist with software procurement/development for business continuity incident response platforms * Assist with disaster recovery exercises within the cloud environment as well as with customers * Collaborate with team members and cross-departmental stakeholders in creation and coordination of mutual goals * Assist in performing business impact analysis and risk assessments on essential business functions or information systems to identify recovery strategies and to meet business continuity goals Qualifications: * Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar preferred * Minimum 2 years job experience with business continuity principles * Microsoft Windows and Office proficient * Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills * Good collaboration skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas * Good Microsoft Excel skills * Good facilitation and project management skill * Good data gathering, interviewing, and analytical/problem solving skills * Good oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact * Ability to use original thinking to translate goals into the implementation new ideas and design solutions * Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion with oversight * Able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment * Good attention to detail * Ability to work independently and in a team environment * Good knowledge of systems administration * Good knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems and products * Up to 10% travel time required
