The designated candidate for this position will join a collaborative team environment, providing support and expertise necessary toward the successful delivery of the project deliverables, and provide effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting status/progress. Responsibilities: * Understand the application business processes for ~10 applications. * Provide excellent customer service and resolve T3 production support tickets and coordinate ticket resolution with developers. * Test bug fixes and enhancements before they are released to production. * Create and maintain test scripts. * Maintain ownership and tracking of stakeholder engagement meetings. * Act as a liaison between the developers and stakeholders (translate business requirements into technical requirements). * Create Jira stories with functional and technical requirements. * Contribute to keeping Jira board up to date. * Cover Scrum Master responsibilities when Scrum Master is OOO. Qualifications: * TS Cleared. * Onsite 5 days a week. * Bachelor's Degree. * 5 years of work experience (including internships). * Knowledge of SQL and business/data analysis. * Experience with Agile framework and working on a Kanban or Scrum team. * Experience with creating and monitoring tasks in JIRA. * Application/software testing experience. * Experience with Agile, System testing, Scrum, Atlassian and Jira. * Clear written communication and documentation skills. * Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written. * Must be able to work independently, with minimal oversight. * Able to develop strong client relationships.
