				Overview:

* Business Analyst SHE-Q for Mammoet Global
* Full-time: 40 hours per week
* Location: Schiedam, the Netherlands

We are looking for a Business Analyst to strengthen the Global SHE-Q team. In this role, you will transform SHE-Q data into actionable intelligence. Your analyses will help identify trends, improve processes, and guide data-driven decisions that shape the future of our global operations.

Responsibilities:

* Collect, process, and analysing datasets to uncover trends and insights that support SHE-Q and business initiatives.
* Develop and maintain reporting systems, dashboards, and visualizations that provide accurate, timely information to stakeholders.
* Support global and regional SHE-Q data initiatives and projects, ensuring data quality and reliability.
* Apply advanced data analysis techniques, including NLP and text mining, to extract actionable insights.
* Translate data insights into practical recommendations that improve SHE-Q processes and compliance.
* identify areas for improvement and support data-driven decision-making across global operations.
* Contribute to compliance with SHE-Q standards and regulations through monitoring and reporting.

Qualifications:

* A Bachelor or Master's degree in data science, statistics, engineering, business analytics, or related technical field
* At least 3 years of experience in data analysis or business analytics
* Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, Python, SQL)
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex information in a business context
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Dutch is a plus.
* Ability to collaborate effectively within a global team environment.
