Responsibilities:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to join our team. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to analyze, document, and propose solutions for business challenges. As a Business Analyst, you will gather and interpret data, map out processes, and help design systems that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate is analytical, has strong communication skills, and is experienced in leveraging data to inform decision-making. US Citizenship is required.

Key Responsibilities:

* Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze data to understand business performance and trends, providing actionable insights to support business strategies.
* Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Process Mapping & Improvement: Document current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization; create process maps and recommend improvements to streamline operations.
* Solution Design & Validation: Work with technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications and verify that proposed solutions align with requirements.
* Project Support & Coordination: Provide support during project execution, including planning, testing, and change management activities; act as a liaison between business units and IT.
* Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process workflows, functional specifications, and project requirements.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

* Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
* Experience: 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related role.
* US Citizenship is required
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and experience with business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
* Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business processes.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards.

Preferred Skills:

* Certifications: Project Management certification
* Project Management: Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus
* Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with federal government challenges
