Overview: GDC IT Solutions is currently seeking a Business Analyst to work in a hybrid capacity, with at least 1 day on-site per month in Harrisburg, PA. This position offers flexibility with occasional in-office requirements driven by operational needs and provides a collaborative environment focused on delivering effective business and technical solutions. Responsibilities: Responsibilities * Conduct facilitated workshops for requirements analysis. * Create workflows using formal notation such as Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN). * Develop business requirements, including project initiation documents, objectives, and quality measures. * Develop functional requirements describing what systems, processes, or services must do. * Develop user (stakeholder) requirements to capture and interpret stakeholder needs. * Develop quality-of-service (non-functional) requirements such as performance, scalability, security, and usability. * Develop report specifications including purpose, justification, attributes, columns, owners, and runtime parameters. * Develop requirements traceability matrices to track requirements through the lifecycle. * Create graphic representations of complex business processes. * Write and maintain clear documentation with strong organizational detail. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications * 4+ years of experience using formal requirements gathering methodologies. * 4+ years of experience developing business, functional, and non-functional requirements. * 4+ years of experience developing requirements traceability matrices. * Bachelor's degree (4-year college degree) or equivalent experience.
