Business Analyst, II

				Overview:

Drive operational excellence by analyzing business processes, delivering actionable insights through advanced data analytics, and building innovative solutions using coding and machine learning (ML). This role requires strong expertise in Python, Power BI, DAX, and cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery, with a focus on creating impactful dashboards and predictive models to inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise:

* Proficiency in Python for data analysis, scripting, and automation.
* Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly BigQuery, for data storage and querying.
* Advanced knowledge of DAX for creating complex calculations in Power BI.
* Hands-on experience with Power BI for developing dashboards and reports.
* Practical experience in AI/ML techniques (e.g., regression, clustering, predictive modeling) using Python libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow).

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

* Ability to clean, link, and analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights.
* Strong critical thinking to translate data into actionable business strategies.

Communication & Collaboration:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Experience:

* 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a related role.
* Demonstrated success in developing dashboards, reports, and data systems.

Education:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred but not required.

Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with additional BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
* Familiarity with SQL for advanced querying and data manipulation.
* Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
* Certification in GCP, Power BI, or AI/ML-related technologies.
