The company is undergoing a global business transformation to standardize processes and enhance efficiency through technology. A key part of this is implementing a consistent, efficient timewriting process across all operations.
Mammoet's IT department follows a structured, backlog-driven approach aligned with business priorities and release cycles.
As a Business Analyst specializing in the timewriting process, you will act as the key liaison between the HR function and IT, guiding countries in the implementation and improvement of their timewriting processes. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze, configure, and support the rollout of the timewriting software, not only to ensure the system works in regards with integration towards and from other system but also ensuring alignment with Mammoet's operational standards and global strategy. You will also work on optimizing the timewriting processes in countries where the systems are already live.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborating with HR and local operational stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritize requirements for timewriting processes and integration with other systems, ensuring these align with the backlog and release cycles.
* Guiding countries through the configuration and implementation of our timewriting system Replicon, supporting both initial rollouts and improvements to existing setups.
* Acting as the bridge between the HR/Operations teams and IT, translating business needs into technical solutions and ensuring seamless communication.
* Fully immersing yourself in Mammoet's global one way of working concept to deeply understand and optimize the timewriting processes and integrations.
* Supporting Mammoet's continuous improvement process by identifying and delivering enhanced functionality for timewriting systems through structured release-based delivery.
* Analyzing current time registration tools and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing scalable solutions.
* Providing expert advice on best practices for timewriting systems and processes, driving innovation in workforce time registration.
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with Mammoet's overall transformation objectives.
Qualifications:
* Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Expertise: Experience in timewriting systems and processes, including configuring and supporting solutions in this area. Knowledge of HR operations and time registration is essential.
* Skills: Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions; and effective communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Proven track record in delivering timewriting or HR systems across multiple countries, with a focus on configuration, rollout, and continuous improvement. Experience in guiding local teams through change is highly desirable.
