Overview: Our Facilities team oversees the offices we call home. We ensure our teams can connect, collaborate and innovate in a space built to support success. From securing our campuses to making sure our events go off without a hitch, Facilities is the human face of our company's well-oiled onsite operation. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: * Perform routine maintenance activities * Diagnose and repair basic building systems and equipment as needed * Assist and have availability 24/7 with Snow Removal Processes * Must be able to oversee the site's daily operations for intervals of less than a week * Impact own team through the accuracy and quality of work; follow procedures and receive regular supervision * While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl * While performing the duties and essential functions of this job, the employee is exposed to computer equipment and noise levels of a typical office environment, with the requisite level of noise associated with 50 or more employees working in the same physical location * Other duties as required; this list is not meant to be a comprehensive inventory of all duties and responsibilities assigned to this position Qualifications: Education & Experience: * High school diploma or general education degree (GED), preferred; 2 years maintenance experience in a commercial or industrial setting Skills and Qualifications: * Requires knowledge and skills gained through formal training or considerable work experience * Ability to use existing procedures to solve routine problems; has limited discretion * Ability to use tools and equipment as directed * Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating, maintenance and procedure instructions and safety rules * Ability to write routine reports and use email * Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals Visa sponsorship not available for this role
