Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities include: 

* Greet guests in a timely manner with a smile and a pleasant disposition.
* Must be familiar with food offerings, preparation of food and prices.
* Use suggestive selling techniques.
* Take guest's order and accurately input it into the computer/register.
* Complete assigned side work and any additional daily tasks.
* Maintain cleanliness and supplies inside stations.
* Always conduct oneself in a manner that reflects a positive professional image.
* Follow all cash handling procedures.

Qualifications:

* Strong customer service skills
* Cash Handling skills.
* Ability to sustain a high level of professionalism.
* Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with guest issues.
* Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with guests at all levels.
* Highly organized and detail oriented.
* One (1) year experience in full-service restaurant, buffet, or deli.
* Must have a friendly, positive attitude.
* Able to lift fifty pounds.
* Able to read and write English sufficiently to communicate with co-workers and supervisors.
* Able to work varied shifts and hours.
