Responsibilities:
Join Buffalo Trace Distillery as a Full-time Gift Shop Associate and help create memorable guest experiences at one of the most iconic distilleries in the world. This role blends retail operations, merchandising, hospitality, and guest engagement to ensure every visitor leaves with a lasting impression. You'll play a key role in supporting the Gift Shop, assisting VIP guests, and enhancing the overall visitor journey.
What You'll Do
* Support daily Gift Shop operations including merchandising, gift set creation, inventory organization, and donation/gift requests.
* Deliver exceptional service to guests, including internal and external VIP visitors, creating a welcoming and memorable experience.
* Drive retail sales through engaging product recommendations, upselling, and maintaining visually appealing displays.
* Assist with team communication and training while helping maintain service standards, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
* Provide support in the Tasting Room, including bar back duties, inventory tracking, and "Tasting Only" guest experiences as needed.
Qualifications:
Required:
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
* Availability to work between the hours of 6:30am-8pm Monday - Sunday
* 1+ years of customer service and leadership experience.
Preferred:
* Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
