Responsibilities:
The Part-Time Food & Beverage Associate supports a positive visitor experience by providing friendly, high-quality service in tasting and dining areas. This role focuses on serving food and beverages, assisting guests, and maintaining clean, well-stocked spaces while following safety and service standards.
Job Duties:
* Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
* Greet and assist guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
* Support tasting experiences and help manage visitor flow
* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels
* Monitor inventory and notify management of supply needs
* Promote guest engagement and collect/update visitor contact information
* Follow all food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines
* Assist with incident reporting and guest safety when needed
* Provide feedback to improve operations and guest experience
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
* High school diploma or GED
* Willingness to work nights, weekends, and non-traditional hours
Preferred:
* 1+ year of hospitality experience
