				Overview:

The Briefing Coordinator is a highly visible role responsible for planning impactful customer and partner engagements for Zebra's Executive Briefing Program, whether conducted on-site, off-site or virtual. The role is accountable for review and acceptance of scheduling requests and working with account teams to create impactful agendas to exceed customer expectations and evaluate success. This role will coordinate meeting and event logistics in preparation for Briefings and maintain a high level of professionalism within the Experience Center. The role will also support the growing Customer Advisory Board Program, responsible for membership communications, and meeting coordination both in-person and virtually. 

This role requires hybrid work in our Lincolnshire, IL location.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate highly visible Executive Briefings for Zebra's Executive Briefing Program
* Process briefing requests from account teams, facilitate agenda planning and communication with internal Discussion Leaders, and conduct post-briefing surveys
* Uncover desired outcomes from sale teams
* Secure and prep all Briefing participants
* Host the customer and ensure a positive experience

* Assist in maintaining and growing the internal pool of Zebra Discussion Leaders and Subject Matter Experts
* Manage on-site briefing logistics including audio visual requirements, catering, transportation, and off-site reservations at local venues
* Promote the Executive Briefing Program across Zebra sales and marketing teams to increase program utilization
* Learn Zebra's portfolio of products and solutions and attain proficiency to conduct high-level tours of the Experience Center
* Creatively contribute to marketing Zebra's Executive Briefing Program internally and externally through intranet, website, social platforms, video, blogs, and other creative content
* Enrich the visitor experience by curating digital display content (video, presentations, infographics, etc.) within the Experience Center
* Execute post-briefing surveys to visitors and internal teams, process and communicate feedback to account teams and leadership
* Support all aspects of the Customer Advisory Program, from membership management to event coordination and on-site logistics

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in related field
* Relevant experience in a customer facing marketing role, executive briefing program or events

Preferred Qualifications:

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office platforms
* Experience with BriefingEdge platform a plus
* Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Canva a plus
* Knowledgable of Zebra's product portfolio and solutions 
* Marketing professional with understanding of planning, execution, and measurement best practices
* Self-motivated and directed person, requiring minimal supervision for successful completion of assignments
* Strong administrative skills
* Ability to embrace and help deliver upon the vision of the account team expectations
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
* Strategic thinker with ability to drive continuous improvement of processes
* Excellent project management and organizational skills
* Experience and confidence to lead discussions with diverse teams spanning sales, marketing, engineering, portfolio managers, business leaders and executives

Travel Requirements: Up to 10% travel
