Responsibilities:

Mercy Radiology Group is seeking a dedicated Breast Radiologist to join our premier, 100% physician-owned practice in Redding, CA. Affiliated with Dignity Health and CommonSpirit Health, we offer a collaborative, high-quality environment with diverse leadership opportunities.

Opportunity Highlights
* Flexible Schedule: 4-day work week (8 AM - 5:30 PM) with full-time or part-time options.
* Clinical Focus: Perform all facets of breast imaging (Hologic tomosynthesis; US, stereotactic, and MRI-guided biopsies) with breast-only or mixed-modality tracks available.
* Path to Ownership: Clear partnership track within the second-largest private practice in Northern California.
* Modern Workflow: Home workstations provided for screening mammography and remote clinical work capabilities.
* Expert Team: Join a collegial section comprised almost entirely of fellowship-trained radiologists with low turnover.

Compensation & Benefits
* Competetive Earnings: Base salary of $500k-$550k with total partner compensation exceeding $650,000+ (including profit distribution).
* SigningIncentives: $75,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance.

Qualifications:

* Board-certified or board-eligible in Radiology.
* Fellowship training in Breast Imaging preferred.
* Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability and willingness to participate in general radiology is preferred.
