Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities:

* Ensure quality service standards are followed and cost controls are adhered to
* Set up serving stations according to checklist
* Answer questions regarding food preparation and make menu suggestions
* Adhere to established policies and procedures regarding customer service st
* Assure all tables are clean and properly set
* Uphold safety and sanitation standards
* Uphold alcohol service regulations

Qualifications:

* Experience in a food serving environment is encouraged
* Communication skills
* Guest Service skills
