Responsibilities:

Boost Mobile is seeking a creative and strategic Brand Manager - Local Marketing to lead localized brand marketing efforts that connect with communities and drive retail traffic. This role owns the execution of geo-targeted campaigns, local partnerships, and experiential activations that reflect the voice of the brand and resonate with local audiences. As the Brand Manager, you'll lead and support local campaigns across media channels and events, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams, agencies, and external partners. You'll manage the full lifecycle of local initiatives - from brief development to creative production to performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

* Local Campaign Execution

* Support the local media manager and key stakeholders with campaign deliverables across OOH, radio, sweepstakes, grassroots, and experiential marketing
* Drive foot traffic and brand visibility through hyperlocal campaigns and in-store events

* Creative & Messaging Development
* Collaborate with channel owners to develop campaign briefs and define messaging strategy
* Partner with the internal creative team to produce culturally relevant and localized marketing materials

* Project Management

* Own end-to-end execution of local campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery of all creative and media assets
* Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and broader marketing strategy throughout the campaign lifecycle

* Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Coordinate with sales, local marketing teams, operations, legal, and external vendors for smooth campaign rollout
* Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and agency partners, both internal and external

* Performance Analysis & Market Insights

* Track and analyze campaign results to refine strategy and improve ROI
* Monitor local market trends, competitive activity, and customer behavior to guide strategic planning

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in local marketing, brand strategy, or field marketing (telecom or retail industry experience preferred)
* Proficiency in Google Workspace and common marketing tools; experience with creative production workflows is a plus

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
