Responsibilities:
As a Brand Manager, you'll be a key driver in shaping the future of our brand. You'll be responsible for developing and executing innovative brand strategies that amplify our unique identity, build deeper connections with our target audience, and fuel sustainable growth. This role blends strategic thinking, inspiring creative ideation and delivers tangible results for GTM.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and Champion Brand Vision: You'll contribute to the ongoing evolution of our brand identity, ensuring it remains fresh, relevant, and consistently reflects our innovative spirit
* Craft and Execute Innovative Brand Strategies: You'll support the development of forward-thinking marketing plans that leverage both traditional and cutting-edge channels to reach and engage our target audience
* Drive Creative Excellence: You'll collaborate closely with internal creative teams and external agencies to ensure all brand communications - from campaigns to content - are bold, impactful, and aligned with brand positioning
* Deeply Understand Our Audience: You'll conduct market research and analyze trends to gain insights into our consumers' needs, desires, and evolving expectations, using these insights to inform innovative brand initiatives
* Brand Implementation: You'll develop and implement strategies that meet business and brand goals with impactful GTM implementation
* Manage Brand Performance and Growth: You'll establish key performance indicators (KPIs), track brand health metrics, analyze results, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovative growth strategies
* Collaborate Cross-Functionally: You'll work closely with product and promotion teams,, sales, and local marketing etc. to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints, advocating for the brand's creative vision
* People Leadership: You'll provide guidance and mentorship, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within the brand team
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
* 5+ years of progressive experience in brand management, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful, innovative brand strategies
Skills and Qualifications:
* A deep understanding of brand building principles and a passion for brand marketing
* Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and measure the impact of innovative campaigns
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate a creative vision and influence stakeholders
* Experience working with creative agencies and managing the development of high-quality, innovative content
* A proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environments
