About this opportunity 

You will be responsible strategizing and leading customer-focused initiatives that help drive awareness and demand for Invisalign treatment via our Invisalign providers across EMEA.  Working closely with local market teams, you will support in bringing the Invisalign brand and customer partnerships to life in individual markets, ensuring optimal conversion performance and patient experience throughout the patient journey. You will partner with regional and local agency networks to help manage localization and practice pull-through of our media campaigns, PR, social, influencer and experiential executions to ultimately connect consumers with Invisalign trained doctors. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships and championing the Invisalign brand strategy amongst key stakeholders. 

In this role, you will  

Responsible for the strategic development and implementation of customer-facing consumer marketing initiatives to drive awareness and demand for the Invisalign(r) brand, including:

* Drive and own the consumer marketing strategy in local markets - working closely with the multi-disciplinary country leadership team and key Invisalign providers.
* Own the local consumer lead funnel strategy for doctors, including associated strategic program ownership (Invisalign Experience Champions, Concierge program etc). 
* Own the brand strength customer win-back strategy and execution.
* Drive the brand protection, governance and enforcement strategy.
* Lead the large customer account/group account and co-funding strategy.
* Raise the profile of consumer initiatives and drive brand value at key customer events (e.g. IDS)
* Establish clear local market process of engagement - regular territory manager & doctor communication & training.
* Customer toolkits and brand activation initiatives + adoption (e.g. Invisalign Smile Days).
* Proactively represent the local markets and our customers providing insights and analytics for regional strategy development.
* Use analytics and insights (including campaign ROI, and competition intelligence) to support execution of the marketing plan;
* Identify and champion local growth opportunities in addition to the regional plan.

Associated additional responsibilities may include:

* Digital initiatives including web and search optimization
* Consumer journey optimization and CRM
* Strategic partnerships
* PR and social media management
* Influencer program 
* Event activations

You will report into the EMEA Consumer Marketing Director.  You will be based in our Birmingham headquarters, with regular travel within the EMEA region.

Essential candidate skills:

* Agency and budget management
* Media planning
* Messaging strategy creation and implementation
* Brand management and campaign development/execution
* Strong relationship skills to work closely with key customers, global, regional and local marketing teams.
* Exceptional stakeholder management
* Country Market analysis to support ROI expectations
* Cross functional communication/coordination with the broader marketing teams, legal, sales and finance to support business growth

* Education/Experience:
* Bachelor degree or above, preferably in a marketing or business related field.
* Minimum of 3-5  years of proven work experience in marketing or communications. 
* College degree (marketing, communication or similar - BA or MA).
* Experience with market coordination (PR, creative, media agencies, local team coordination).
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Work schedule/hours

Full-time position based in Birmingham. Regular travel required.
