Position Overview: We are seeking a RN Branch Director to oversee the daily operations of our local branch in Lexington, MS. This role is responsible for managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving the growth and success of the branch while delivering exceptional patient care. Our comprehensive benefits include: * Competitive compensation * Mileage reimbursement * Flexible schedule * Employee referral program * 401(k) retirement savings plan * Employee discounts * Tuition reimbursement * Paid time off * Medical, dental, and vision * Health Savings Account (HSA) * Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Responsibilities: * Responsible for the delivery of care for all patients served by the Branch by providing supervision and support to the Clinical Manager * Recognizes the clinical leadership of and provides support and supervision to the Clinical Manager(s) to promote effective performance and delivery of quality home care services * Maintains office operations in an efficient, productive, effective, and organized manner, which provides a safe working environment for employees, meeting local ordinances and fire and safety regulations in compliance with the company policies * Ensures deficiencies identified during internal or external surveys, or audits are addressed and corrected * Supervises all administrative employees assigned to the Branch, and through the clinical manager(s), the clinical staff. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Branch Qualifications: * RN license (either ASN or BSN) * Minimum of one to two years of experience in health services administration, with at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in Home Health Care or a related Health Care program, per state specific and federal requirements * Five years of experience in leadership or business development, preferred * Valid license from the state practicing in * Current CPR certification
