Thank you for your interest in Northwest Ordinance Distilling (NOD), our first ever facility in the Hoosier state, and the newest facility in the Sazerac manufacturing network. We operate 24/7, primarily producing and bottling Fireball Cinnamon Whisky and other famous spirit brands (99 Brand, Parrot Bay, Dr. McGillicuddy's, etc.). Responsibilities:

Bottling Technician at Northwest Ordinance Distilling are responsible for operating bottling equipment, monitoring production processes, ensuring product quality, performing maintenance tasks, and maintaining cleanliness of the bottling area. Bottling Technicians work in small teams were relationships and teamwork help drive the success of the facility.

Job Highlights:

* Starting pay from $19.30 to $21.45 before nightshift premium
* $2 per hour premium for team members working nightshifts
* Quarterly bonuses based on department and plant performance of up to $1700
* Full benefit packages including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus short/long-term disability, spending accounts, 401k employer match, and more
* 3-weeks of PTO available from hire date
* 12-hour shifts (6:45am-7:00pm or 6:45pm-7:00am) on an alternating 2-2-3 schedule 
* Numerous promotional opportunities within tier-pay structure (Tiers 1-4); learn and gain skills to "tier-up"

Additional Responsibilities for the Bottling Technician include, but not limited to:

* Ensure adherence to all Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures
* Understand and adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures and best practices to ensure quality standards and performance metrics are met
* Perform equipment set-up, lubrication, changeover, and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
* Ability to operate industrial equipment (fork trucks)

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* Ability to work on your feet, climbing stairs and ladders, bending, kneeling and squatting
* Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for operating machinery
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Detail oriented and demonstrated ability to perform work with a high degree of accuracy

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
* Ability to work 12-hour shifts
* Ability to multi-task
* Ability to work in fast-paced environment and near moving mechanical parts
* Ability to work in environments with high noise levels
* Ability to work in wet, humid conditions (non-weather)
* Ability to work overtime if necessary
