Welcome to Barton 1792 Distillery, Barton Brands of Kentucky.  Our proud heritage dates back to 1879 with the founding of the Tom Moore Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky.  Renamed Barton 1792 Distillery, we continue to produce the highest quality spirits for over 130 years.  In 2009, we became a part of Sazerac Company which was established in 1850 and is a leading U.S. spirits supplier, with the world's most decorated distillery, and a portfolio of award-winning brands.  

Responsibilities:

Shift: Monday-Friday | 2nd (3:00pm-11:00pm) or 3rd (11:00pm-7:00am), with flexibility as needed

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll run high-speed bottling operations and directly impact production, quality, and team performance. You'll lead a frontline team, solve real-time challenges, and drive improvements that make a measurable difference. It's a strong opportunity to grow your leadership skills while building a high-performing, safety-first team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do:
*  Lead day-to-day bottling line operations to meet production, quality, and safety goals
*  Coach, train, and develop team members while building a strong, accountable team culture
*  Monitor performance, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
*  Partner with maintenance and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and minimize downtime
*  Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards while maintaining a clean, organized workspace

Qualifications:

Required:
*  Bachelor's degree
*  Minimum 2+ years of related manufacturing or production experience
*  Demonstrated leadership experience in a team-based environment
*  Strong communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization

Preferred:
*  Experience with high-speed bottling or packaging equipment in a fast-paced production environment
*  Background supervising in a unionized manufacturing setting
*  Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, GMP, and HACCP principles with strong planning and organizational skills
