This program serves as a bridge between city leadership and Boston's youth, ensuring their voices are heard in local government and preparing the next generation of civic leaders.

Direct mentorship under office staff

Constituent Services:
Answering and directing constituent calls
Learning to track and follow up on constituent concerns
Maintaining organized records of constituent interactions
Supporting constituent case management
Social Media and Communications:
Assisting with social media content creation
Documenting community events and council activities
Supporting the development of newsletters and updates
Learning effective public communication strategies
Event Planning and Support:
Helping organize community meetings and events
Supporting logistics for constituent meet-and-greets
Assisting with event promotion and outreach
Participating in event setup and management
Professional Development:
