Responsibilities:
Must live in Northern VA area
Driving performance across a designated retail territory requires the strategic management of store operations and local stakeholder relationships. Success depends on solving inconsistencies in brand standards and overcoming barriers to sales growth through expert coaching and project leadership. This role addresses complex market challenges by identifying new points of distribution and streamlining communication between external partners and internal teams to ensure operational excellence.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives)
* Drive territory-wide sales performance by implementing strategic business plans and exceeding defined quotas.
* Elevate front-line sales expertise through consistent field coaching, role-playing, and hands-on sales demonstrations.
* Ensure 100% compliance with brand standards and marketing campaign execution across all assigned retail locations.
* Expand market presence by identifying and securing new retail points of distribution through local real estate networking and market analysis.
* Resolve critical customer escalations and operational issues as the primary point of contact and advocate for retail partners.
* Leverage AI-driven analytics and territory management tools to optimize route planning and forecast sales trends for store owners.
Qualifications:
Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring)
* Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English to effectively communicate with and influence diverse store owners and customers.
* Critical experience in high-level account management and wireless retail sales within competitive, fast-paced environments.
* Professional expertise in relationship development and business counseling to drive performance with independent stakeholders.
* Advanced time management and multi-priority balancing skills to maintain a high-volume territory visit schedule.
* AI literacy and application skills to enhance territory reporting, communication efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
* Strong professional judgment and decision-making abilities to formulate immediate, effective solutions for retail escalations.
Minimum Requirements
* Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree (or 8 years of related work experience post-high school)
* Minimum Experience: 4+ years of experience in sales and/or account management
* Required Technical Skills:
* 3+ years of experience in training, relationship development, or business management
* Experience selling wireless products or services
* Valid driver's license with at least three years of active driving history
