Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Salary Range: $86,200.00- $95,171.77 annually based upon education and related experience
Schedule: Core working hours are Monday through Friday 9a to 5p, with some evenings and weekends to meet the needs of the team and those served

Calling all BCBAs! Devereux/TCV Community Services is hiring for multiple BCBAs starting in August within our brand-new STAIRS program set to open early this fall in Homestead, PA-join us in shaping innovative, community-based care!
Position Summary:
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supports youth ages 6-21 with autism and developmental disabilities in the STAIRS intensive residential treatment program in Homestead, PA. Working within a multidisciplinary team, the BCBA provides behavior analytic services to individuals with significant behavioral challenges and skill deficits. Responsibilities include conducting assessments (e.g., functional behavior assessments), developing and monitoring behavior support plans, training and coaching staff on intervention implementation, and providing caregiver training to support treatment outcomes and discharge planning.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
* Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior support plans.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior support plans.
* Train and coach staff on implementing behavioral interventions.
* Provide caregiver training to ensure treatment generalization and support discharge planning.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (including a psychiatrist, residential manager and supervisors, nurses, recreational specialist, direct care staff, and special education staff) to address the treatment needs of individuals served.

Qualifications:
* Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, special education, or a related field
* Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA or BCBA-D) required
* Strong applied behavior analysis (ABA) skills
* Experience with individuals (children, adolescents, adults) with intellectual disabilities, autism, and/or severe behavioral/emotional disorders
* State PA criminal, FBI, and PA child abuse clearances required.
* Valid PA driver's license with three (3) year driving record required.
