Every day as a BC/BA you will....

* Behavior Analyst Annual compensation of $49,500 - $56,430 (dependent upon experience)
* * NEW RATES* BCBA Annual comensation of $85,000-$96,900 (dependent upon experience)

Devereux's Center for Autism Research and Education Services (CARES) is an Approved Private School for children ages 5-20 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. CARES is located in Downingtown, PA (across from Chester County IU). This is a Full-Time 12- month Behavior Analyst position that operates on the school calendar schedule.

Devereux Pennsylvania Children's Services DPACS) serves children, adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral, emotional and psychiatric challenges and disorders. Located in West Chester and Malvern Pennsylvania, services provided include psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF), acute inpatient psychiatric hospital (AIP), assessment services, community-based mental health services, community-based employment training and social skills training, and  approved private school educational services to male and female children and adolescents (6-21 years of age) with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION: Bachelor's in Psychology, Special Education or related field.   Master's in related field preferred.

EXPERIENCE:  Must have strong applied behavior analysis skills and significant experience working with children/adolescents/adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders.  Significant experience writing Positive Behavior Support Plans and conducting FBA's and training staff.
