EOE Qualifications: Qualifications: * Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or related field * Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) * One year experience working with IDD population. * Prior experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and developing Positive Behavior Support Plans * Comprehensive knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis Devereux has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and maintains policies and procedures to systematically reduce the risk of abuse to occur in our organization.
