Overview: Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Crystal Lake, IL Schedule: Full Time Salary: $75,000-$87,000 annually, based on years of experience RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy are seeking a full-time BCBA to join a fun, collaborative multi-disciplinary team! We are passionate about providing excellent care, from applied behavior analysis (ABA) to physical, occupational, and speech therapy. In this role, you'll work with pediatric patients from birth up to 21 years old. This position requires an individual to supervise line therapists, complete assessments, write reports, and collaborate with families, other therapists, and school teams. Our BCBAs provide ongoing supervision to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
