Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities:
Training Overview (Training Pay: $13.75 per hour)
All candidates will complete:

* Two weeks of hands-on training focused on Blackjack fundamentals

* Audition required at the end of Week 2 to qualify for casino floor placement

Opportunities Available During Event: 

Part-Time Blackjack Dealer Path:

* Attend two weeks of Blackjack School
* Pass audition to be released to the casino floor
* Begin dealing shifts as a Part-Time Dealer
Full-Time Dealer / Supervisor (Dual Rate) Path:
* Attend two weeks of Blackjack School

* Pass audition to be released to the casino floor

* Begin a Dual (Dealer/Supervisor) Role during the first 90 days:

* Deal 4 days/week

* Supervise 1 day/week

* Receive ongoing shadowing and mentorship as you transition into leadership

Qualifications:

* Applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
* Ability to work any shift or hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
* Ability to attend dealer school to learn policies and procedures of the games. 
* Must be able to pass basic math test during interview. 
* Must have strong verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.
* Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
* Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
* Highly organized and detail oriented.
* Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately to figure payoffs.
* Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
