Our Billing & Credit team works behind the scenes, dedicated to ensuring a seamless experience for millions of customers across all our brands while efficiently addressing any billing concerns. Responsibilities: Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview. Organizations struggle with manual, inefficient reporting processes and a lack of predictive foresight in billing and credit operations. This role addresses these gaps by migrating legacy workflows into automated, AI-powered pipelines. By leveraging generative AI and business intelligence tools, the position maintains data integrity while transforming billing data into forecasting models. These reporting capabilities provide leadership with the predictive metrics needed to optimize operational performance. What Success Looks Like (Objectives) * Serve as the primary expert for AI-driven Billing & Credit reporting to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and predictive capabilities * Design, build, and maintain automated, recurring, and ad hoc reports utilizing modern AI and business intelligence tools to drive strategic decisions * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration opportunities, translating business requirements into automated, AI-powered reporting solutions. * Lead the migration and optimization of traditional reporting workflows into scalable, automated pipelines * Develop and refine generative AI prompts, models, and workflows to eliminate manual data entry, identify anomalies, and accelerate time-to-insight Qualifications: Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring) * Advanced AI literacy, including practical experience leveraging generative AI prompts and machine learning models to streamline data workflows * Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and modern data visualization tools to synthesize complex datasets * Excellent analytical capabilities to interpret complex metrics, track performance, and extract clear, actionable insights * Demonstrated experience building executive-level presentations and business decks that translate technical data for leadership * Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and deliver accurate results within fast-paced environments Minimum Requirements * Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience * Minimum Experience: 2 years of relevant experience in data reporting, visualization, or performance tracking * Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 2 years of experience with: * Excel/Google Sheets * SQL * Data visualization tools * AI tools/workflows Visa sponsorship not available for this role
