Billing Analyst-Laboratory Operations

				Overview:

Responsibilities:

* Log and review new versions of Service Agreements;
* Reconcile budgets/sales card pricing against Service Agreements and System Requirement Specifications to ensure all testing performed, samples managed (accessioned, stored, shipped) and samples processed are captured;
* Close communication with the Commercial Operations team to ensure all billing is captured;
* Answer internal budget and billing questions from various Medpace teams;
* Assist other Medpace teams with resolving billing issues;
* Assist with the manual billing process and resolve any issues as needed;
* Schedules and attends billing programming meetings;
* Program sales card items within laboratory billing portal;
* QC and sign off on billing set up reports; and
* Perform manual billing as necessary.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Finance, Mathematics or related
* field of study;
* Excellent organization and time-management skills;
* Ability to prioritize assigned tasks while adhering to deadlines; and
* High attention to detail and accountability for timely completion of assigned tasks.
