Overview:
**This position will be physically located in Iraq in support of LOGCAP**
Under the supervision of the Installation Services Manager, the Billeting Manager directly responsible for providing on and off post housing. Coordinates payments of all building leases and utilities. Directly responsible for providing billeting for over two hundred permanent party Soldiers. Directly responsible for providing living quarters for TDY or R&R Soldiers daily. Manages the day to day cleaning. Directly responsible for providing and maintaining houses off post for accompanied and DOD employees. Directly responsible for property book accountability of all equipment for the housing office. Manages property inventory using an automated supply data base for leased units. Perform Quality Control on receipt of new equipment. Supervises multi-cultural team of personnel in delivery, receipt, issue and return of equipment and supplies Direct, track and maintain records for change of hand receipt holders. Oversees the processing of adjustment documents to reflect losses, gains or applicable changes. Performs turn-ins of excess or unserviceable equipment. Establishes and Maintain supporting documents, files of all issued equipment for the housing section. Works in a challenging and fast pace job with lots of last minute changes, that you must attend to as fast as possible, in order to satisfy the customer.

* Responsible for providing living quarters for PCS, TCS, TDY, or R&R Soldiers daily. (20%)
* Exact knowledge of all employees and their responsibility for the housing office, and participate in the career development of employees. (10%)
* Able to react to last minute changes in a timely manner. (5%)
* Manage the day to day cleaning of billets which house the PCS, TCS, TDY, and R&R Soldiers. (5%)
* Oversee the administrative processing and maintenance of Housing documents to reflect losses, gains or applicable changes of personnel and equipment. (10%)
* Plans, develops, and directs logistical and coordination support for multiple and simultaneous billeting and furnishings support requirements. (5%)
* Interfaces with designated government representatives (i.e. ,COR, ACO, ACC), Vectrus Management, and other Vectrus Contractor elements to assure smooth operations and compliance with Government directives, standards , and needs. (5%)
* Responds to all Quality/Safety non-compliance concerns/issues (i.e., Customer comments, ICARs, NCR's) to quickly resolve findings, identify, and implement measures to prevent further occurrences (5%)
* Develops SOP's, work instructions, and training plans that support contractual requirements (10%)
* Reviews and approves bi-monthly work schedules, subordinate work assignments, time cards, and initiates overtime forecasts requests as needed to meet mission requirements. (5%)
* Responsible for Key control, property book, and GFE accountability of all equipment for the housing office. (10%)
* When opening occur in the sections, request replacements through the Sr. Housing Manager, and assists as necessary in the interviewing process and recruitment of potential candidates for employment to housing. (5%)
* Performs other duties and assignments as required. (5%)

Qualifications:
* Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
* High school diploma or equivalent. Must provide a copy of the diploma.
* Must be a U.S. Citizen
* Experience:
* Two years related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
* Program Specific Requirements: Housing Experience.
* Skills:
* Familiar with Microsoft Work, Office, Excel, and Power Point.
* Must read, write, and speak English fluently
* Working Conditions:
* Must be capable of working in an extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
* Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions (i.e., hot, dry, duty, desert environment with average temperatures of 30 degrees in the winter and 130 degrees in the summer months).
* Includes some industrial production environment conditions as well.
* Physical Requirements:
* Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work.
* Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices.
* Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies.
